There is nothing like the smell of fresh bread in the house. The kids get excited when they start to smell it. They enjoy watching the different steps that it takes to make it. To watch it rise, roll it out and place it in the pan. Once it comes out of the oven its hard to explain to them that it has to cool before they can eat it. The loaf is almost gone before the night is over. This is something that is easy to make with the kids. They enjoy it from start o finish. I enjoy the smell that fills the house and of course eating it.
