Pork Grinds are a popular snack I can remember eating them as a child. Rudolph’s Pork Grinds has a many different flavors to choose from I was given BBQ, Original and Hot & Spicy to try. These snacks are great for those who are trying to watch their carb intake. They have 0g carbs and 0g of trans fats which make the a great perfect snack without the guilt. My whole family tried these and they all said that the Hot & Spicy was the favorite and I have to agree. I was doing a little of research on these for this review and I noticed that their are even recipes for them.
Here is one I am going to have to try:
- 1 bag Rudolph’s Pork Rinds, crushed
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
Mix all these ingredients well, and then press them into a nonstick sprayed pie pan, even going up the sides. Put them in the Oven and bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes.
Add your favorite toppings, then put it back into the oven and re-bake until cheese and toppings are hot. This will make about 2 servings.
