This is Baked Chicken at It’s Best.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup pickle juice (sour dill is my favorite)
½ cup flour
1 TBSP powdered sugar
½ TSP paprika
½ TSP salt
¼ TSP black pepper
¼ TSP garlic powder
¼ TSP onion salt
¼ TSP basil
If you want a spicier version or a Cajun version be sure to add 3TBSP creole seasoning and 2TSP of cayenne pepper.
