Well a Plantain is a sugar free vegetable that is grown in the same way as banana. But one of the big differences between the two is that a Banana is eaten raw, while plantain is always cooked before eating.

INGREDIENTS: Selected plantains, vegetable oil (may contain one or more fo the following: cottonseed, corn, palm, canola, soy bean and/or sunflower), and salt.
These are a perfect snack to have around the house for the kids especially for summer!!
