Brisket, the big meat, is the most common meat you’ll find in any Texas Bar-B-Q joint. Here we’re coating an entire brisket with Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Rub. Crafted by Stubb himself at his original Texas Bar-B-Q joint, this seasoning is a bold blend of sea salt, paprika and black pepper to help you create flavorful brisket.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours
Ingredients
6 pound beef brisket, untrimmed
1 bottle Stubb’s® Bar-B-Q Rub
Soaked wood chips (for smoke flavor if using charcoal)
Instructions
Rub entire brisket with Bar-B-Q Rub. Let it rest for a minimum of 30 minutes. This allows the rub to penetrate the meat.
While the brisket is resting, prepare your smoker for indirect low heat (225°F to 250°F) cooking. If using charcoal, layer the soaked wood chips with the charcoal. Place foil pan under grates of grill or smoker to catch drippings.
Cook the brisket, fat side up, over indirect heat until internal temperature on thickest part of the brisket reaches 180° to 185°F. This usually takes 8 to 10 hours depending on your pit. To maintain low heat, check every hour to adjust vents and add more charcoal and soaked wood chips as needed. Remove brisket and let it rest 15 to 45 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Makes 16 servings.

Our favorite way to snack on-the-go? Brisket Walking Nachos starring the tangy tomato flavor of Stubb’s Original Bar-B-Q Sauce and Stubb’s BBQ Brisket. Swap corn chips for waffle chips and top with sharp Cheddar cheese, refreshing pico de gallo and creamy guacamole.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes
Ingredients:
12 bags (1 ounce each) waffle-cut, rippled or kettle style cooked potato chips
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
2 pounds shredded Stubb’s BBQ Brisket, divided
3/4 cup Stubb’s® Original Bar-B-Q Sauce, divided
3/4 cup pico de gallo, divided
3/4 cup prepared guacamole, divided
Instructions:
Place 1 opened bag of chips in a small disposable paper food tray. Top with 1/4 cup cheese. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
Top cheese with 1/4 cup shredded brisket, 1 tablespoon Bar-B-Q Sauce, 1 tablespoon pico de gallo and 1 tablespoon guacamole. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Makes 12 servings.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground turkey
2/3 cup Stubb’s Green Chile Marinade
Toasted buns, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, mayonnaise and guacamole (store bought or homemade) for serving
Cooking Instructions:
Prepare grill for direct cooking. For a charcoal grill, when the coals are ashed over, rake or spread them out in the bottom of the grill so the food can cook directly over the coals. (For a gas grill, fire up the burners to the food can cook directly over the heat).
In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey and Stubb’s Green Chile Marinade. Create 4 turkey burger patties and place on a piece of foil.
To keep patties from falling apart on the grill, place foil with patties on it directly on the grill, over direct medium-high heat, cover the grill and cook for 5 minutes. Using a spatula, remove the patties from the foil and place directly onto the grill (same side down as when on the foil). Cook for an additional 3 minutes on that side, then flip burgers and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes. (Medium burgers register an internal temperature of 160°F.)
Serve with lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, guacamole, mayonnaise on toasted buns.

I have seen these hoses for a few years and I never really bought because I was just unsure of them. Well, when I was given the chance to review one I was amazed. This hose Is 75 feet and it can reach spots that my other hose could not. When you are watering you tend to move around a lot and the hose always seems to get tangled up. Over the years we have had owed many different types of fans. With that being said I just want to tell you that most fan are very loud and do not always work as they state in there description. This what I have found to be true about this fan listed below.
I really like all of the different setting that it has. Most of us really only need to have the fan on at night to a certain point but it usually just stays on all night because we either fall asleep or are to tired to turn it off. Well that is not a problem there is a sleep setting that automatically lowers the intensity every half hour until it is set to its lowest setting, and comes with a remote control that is very simple to use. The fan is very quite so it does not disturb you while you are watching T.V or sleeping. I really like the sleek compact light weight design. It makes it very easy to carry from room to room. If you want a great fan for a great price this is the fan for you.

The Logitech Wireless Illuminated Living-Room Keyboard K830 is a home run keyboard, saying I like this keyboard would be an under statement. Logitech is a company that always seems to be on the cutting edge of new technology. This keyboard has a slim sleek design which blends well with the system setup I have. There is so much to love about this keyboard. The very minute you start to tap on the very quite soft touch keys the keyboard senses the light in the room and lights up accordingly, to the very easy to use built in mouse pad.
Logitech built in a 33 ft. wireless range that allows me the flexibility to move to the couch since my main TV is also connected to the PC. Like a lot of us I already use some Logitech products and with the unifying receiver that this comes with you can connect up to six other products such as my existing Logitech mouse. As long as it has the orange unifying symbol this way you only ever use the one USB slot. Other things I love about this keyboard are the fact I never have to put batteries in it. It comes with a USB extender and a charging cable just plug in and go, no hoping you have extra batteries in the house and the fact that I can control certain TV functions. This is something that my whole family enjoyed reviewing. I really cant say enough about this keyboard it works for this family.

I have used the same bottle of leather cleaner for the past 3 years,and not being particularly impressed, and not
wanting to invest in another disappointment. I jumped at the chance to try something I will use not only around

said chair rather than my car, (“you know just in case”). The more I cleaned the chair I realized its not only

Like a lot of people I purchased my equipment a piece at a time. I had bought my Hi def 3D Blue ray player first although it had built in WI FI I truly believe a hard line produces better results, so off I went to run my Ethernet cable 4 hours later success. So fast forward new TV comes in and because of these high speed HDMI’s with Ethernet. I didn’t have to run another Ethernet. Just one simple connection and I have picture, sound, and internet.
This cable seems to do all those things just as great as the expensive cables that I replaced with this one. If you are using these cables for a 2 point connection. An example of this would be Blue ray to TV these cables are more than you will ever need. A 4 point connection for example from receiver to blue ray and receiver to TV you could experience slight degradation due to the size of the cable.
The cable size for this example should be 24-26 AWG. This HDMI 2 Pack – PREMIUM SERIES GOLD Plated with Ethernet (28 AWG!!) 4K Support – 3D Gaming Support – Xbox & PS3 Compatible. If you like to cook like my husband loves too. Then I would use this thermometer. He uses it for many different things that he makes. It takes the guessing game out of the cook time. He paid $30 for it and it was money well spent. He used it to cook this meat and it came out perfect. We had seen something cool after we had purchased it. Have you ever seen BBQ Pit Masters on T.V. They use that exact same one.

When baking breads in the past we always used a metal pan. We were never really happy with the way bread came out. It always seemed to come out very dark. We decided to go and buy a glass pan to try instead. The bread came out perfect in every way. If you have been using metal pans to bake your bread and are not happy you should try this as well.
