#Awesome Banana Bread

DISCLAIMERM6LM

I HATE BANANAS! I know you are thinking then why in the heck would I use your banana bread recipe?! I LOVE BANANA BREAD! Seriously, it has to be one of my favorite foods. This go around I didn’t even have to buy bananas and wait for them to get soft and brown. My mom had major surgery this week and I went over to hang out with my 9 year old sister & 13 year old brother, and she was like “Hey, do you want to take these bananas and make bread?” She should know me well enough to not have to ask! I got about 6 dozen muffins out of the amount of bananas she gave me. So, Below you can see my recipe!

What you will need:
-2 cups flour
-2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 cup butter
-3/4 cup brown sugar
-2 large eggs
-3 Large Bananas (or 4 small bananas)

First thing you are going to do is peel and mash your bananas on a plate.

Then you are going to melt your butter & brown sugar in a small mixing bowl. Once that is melted stir well and add your eggs, mix well again. Then you will add in your mashed bananas. Once you have whisked this well, start mixing in your dry mixture slowly.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Butter your pan (loaf or muffin).
Cook for 25 ish minutes, I really have to watch these. The timing is different each time because of the fruit in the bread.

I highly suggest these for breakfast cut in half, sprayed with parkay, and melted for 15 seconds. Oh, and a glass of milk or Orange juice! If you liked this recipe or wish to save it feel free to share it or pin it.

This is Awesome bread you are going to want to try this.
