Stubb’s Bbq Sauce

DISCLAIMERM6LM

If your family likes to have cookouts and are looking for something new and exciting the my suggestion would be to try Stubb’s Bbq sauce. We also had a chance to try their spice rub for our chicken and it is amazing. This is sure to take your taste buds to the next level.

Here is one of the best recipes for your Memorial Day cookouts.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground turkey

2/3 cup Stubb’s Green Chile Marinade

Toasted buns, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, mayonnaise and guacamole (store bought or homemade) for serving

Cooking Instructions:

Prepare grill for direct cooking. For a charcoal grill, when the coals are ashed over, rake or spread them out in the bottom of the grill so the food can cook directly over the coals. (For a gas grill, fire up the burners to the food can cook directly over the heat).

In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey and Stubb’s Green Chile Marinade. Create 4 turkey burger patties and place on a piece of foil.

To keep patties from falling apart on the grill, place foil with patties on it directly on the grill, over direct medium-high heat, cover the grill and cook for 5 minutes. Using a spatula, remove the patties from the foil and place directly onto the grill (same side down as when on the foil). Cook for an additional 3 minutes on that side, then flip burgers and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes. (Medium burgers register an internal temperature of 160°F.)

Serve with lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, guacamole, mayonnaise on toasted buns.
